Amanda and Jimmy were just getting started with their wedding planning and didn’t to book a photographer the day they met with me 2.5 years ago, but they knew an early decision would give us lots of time to get to know each other. One of my favorite parts of couples booking their wedding day early is the amount of time I have to really get to know their personalities and wedding visions.
For the past couple of years, Amanda has been excitedly involved with most of K. Moss Photography’s brides, always looking at their engagement and wedding photos online and offering help with their wedding planning. I couldn’t wait for her to finally experience this day for herself – and finally it came!
Amanda was all smiles throughout the entire day. While editing, I actually started to play a game to try and find 5 photos of Amanda without a smile on her face (I lost!)
In remembrance of loved ones who could not be present for their wedding, the new Mr. and Mrs. decided on a balloon release, in their memory.
As guests made their way to the reception venue, the beaming couple and their bridal party headed to Conrad Weiser Homestead, in Womelsdorf. Amanda and Jimmy’s horse and carriage exit from the church to Conrad Weiser was straight from a fairy tale!
Once formal portraits were completed, it was time to get ready for an amazing night of dancing and laughing,
A few guests asked Amanda if she had found me somewhere online or if I was a friend of hers. Without taking a moment to think, Amanda replied that she found me online, but I was a friend now. Oh, that made my heart melt when I heard that!
Friends and family celebrated, all eager to be a part of the beginning of their new life together. Amanda happily twirled around in her dress, as Jimmy gazed at her lovingly. It was a truly beautiful emotion-filled day, surely to live strongly in their memories forever.
