As a mom, you probably have a million photos of your family. You realize that your children won’t be young forever and you never want to miss an opportunity to preserve the moment.
But how many of those photos are YOU in?
When I ask girls to point out their favorite images to me, the ones they want hung in their bedroom, they always point out a photo with mom.
Every. Single. Time.
Your children don’t notice the flaws you see in the mirror. They don’t care about those few pounds you’ve been trying to shed. They aren’t concerned that your roots are overgrown.
All they see is their mom. The one who reminds them to be confident, who supports their dreams, and encourages them every day. The one they find beautiful, because you’ve taught them that beauty is so much more than what is on the outside.
Mom, be in the photo. I promise, those images will be your children’s most prized possession.
