Children and Family Portrait Photographer in Sinking Spring
Family photos don’t have to be stiff and uncomfortable.

I’ve tossed out the days of boring posing and instead guide you into more natural photos that reflect your personality. From giving you fun things to whisper to each other to making you laugh until you cry, you’ll forget all about the camera. I’ll guide you into natural moments that actually feel like you, whether that means lame jokes, goofy secrets, full-on laughter that pours through the studio, or maybe even a spontaneous dance party.
As soon as you step into the studio, the nerves melt. It feels like home.
When we first meet, we’ll chat about who will be photographed so I can learn more about the type of experience you’re looking for. We’ll go through outfit options from the studio closet, select backdrops that coordinate best, and talk through what you’d love to do with your images.
It’s relaxed, easy, and way more fun than you’re probably expecting.
As a parent, you want to remember your children’s younger years. Their crooked smile, that glowing personality, the bit of mischievousness. It’s the natural, unposed images that will flood you with emotion, remembering their tiny laugh as the shutter clicked. The sound of their endless giggles, somehow being heard through a photograph.

Children shouldn’t be expected to “pose”, to sit still and hush, “look at the camera and smile”.
What if instead, we let them dance, allow them to play, and encourage those endless belly laughs?
The Details
Your Children and Family Photo Experience includes:
- Personalized session planning during your consultation to chat about what to expect, pick backdrops, shop the studio closet, and focus on what matters most for your session
- Access to the studio closet filled with a selection of outfits for babies, girls, boys, and women
- Most sessions last about 60 minutes, though plenty of extra time is included so it never feels rushed or timed.
- Photo Reveal where you’ll view and select your favorite images to display in your home, with guidance on choosing the best sizes for your walls.
I will never ask you to decide how many finished prints you would like before your session takes place. After all, how could you possibly select from something that doesn’t even exist yet? Instead, I encourage you to just focus and enjoy your portrait session experience!
