Your photo experience follows your baby’s lead, shaped by their mood and personality. Whether they want to explore, giggle, or just take a quiet moment, that’s exactly where we begin. You get to relax and soak in every real moment while I capture the genuine, unscripted smiles and movements that make them unique.
There’s no expectation for babies to pose or “perform.” We move at their pace, catching all the tiny milestones and authentic expressions from curious looks to big smiles. That’s what makes these photos so real and meaningful.
Plenty of time is built in for them to settle in with music, toys, or just exploring at their own pace. Comfort and happiness always come first, and I won’t pick up the camera until they’re ready.
The studio closet is stocked with a wide selection of outfits for boys and girls, handpicked to photograph beautifully and make things easier for you. Motherhood is chaotic enough, so this is one less thing to think about on session day.
Most of my backdrops are classic and clean to keep the spotlight on your baby’s personality. If you’re looking for something a little more playful, I offer themed sets that avoid licensed characters to keep everything copyright-safe. You’re always welcome to bring a favorite toy or special keepsake to make the session feel even more personal.
Tummy Time
Best for ages 4 to 7 months
These sessions are ideal once your baby can hold their head up on their own and has started tummy time.
It’s the perfect moment to capture your baby exploring the world through big eyes and gummy smiles. You won’t want to miss documenting the early stages of their adorable, blossoming features.
Sitter Sessions
Usually 6 to 9 months
This is when your baby’s fun personality really starts to shine! With their sweet smiles and adorable giggles, these sessions are definitely some of my favorites. Of course, every baby reaches milestones at their own pace, so your little one might be a bit younger or older than the typical range.
The ideal time to schedule your baby’s session is when they can sit up unassisted but haven’t quite mastered crawling yet. This is the perfect window to capture a variety of adorable moments, showcasing their growing personality. Once babies become mobile, they’re all about exploringand less about sitting still for photos!
Worried your baby might be a little wobbly when sitting, or maybe already starting to crawl? No need to stress! While the session might need a bit of tweaking, such as a little less variety shots or a little extra time, there’s no reason you can’t still capture this precious stage. You won’t have to miss out on beautiful memories just because your baby is on the move!
First Birthday
Celebrate your baby's biggest milestone!
These sessions are all about classic portraits, with a focus on capturing those precious moments rather than your little one being lost in a sea of props.
It’s the perfect time to document toothy smiles, first steps, and the heart tugging stage before your little one’s “baby face” transitions into a toddler.
The Details
- Personalized session planning during your consultation to chat about what to expect, pick backdrops, shop the studio closet, and focus on what matters most for your session
- Access to the studio closet filled with a selection of outfits in sizes 3 months and up
- Sessions usually last between 45 and 90 minutes. Some babies need less time, others a little more.
- Photo Reveal where you’ll view and select your favorite images to display in your home, with guidance on choosing the best sizes for your walls.
Printed Memories
You might not remember the file name or where you saved it. A framed print on your wall, though, is something you will see and appreciate every day.
Following your session, we will meet again for the Photo Reveal and you’ll relive those moments that made your heart burst during the time your baby was in front of the camera. The way your baby’s chubby cheeks turned into the biggest smiles, the contagious giggle that filled the room, and their personality was shining.
I’ll guide you in selecting printed pieces you’ll be excited to display and enjoy every day instead of letting those memories get lost in a folder of thousands of images.
